Beta 35

The Zambelli Beta 35 is ideal for destemming and crushing whole cluster grapes. This pumpless unit has adjustable star-shaped rollers, an elevated hopper with feeding screw, and a reliable single or 3-phase motor (optional), which will crush and destem 3500kg of product an hour. The stainless-steel construction provides supreme durability and cleanliness, as well as low maintenance.

Alternate versions are available depending on your production requirements.
