Delta 35

The Zambelli Delta 35 is ideal for destemming and crushing whole cluster grapes. It has adjustable star-shaped rollers, a must collecting tank with centrifugal pump, an elevated hopper with feeding screw, and a reliable single or 3-phase motor (optional), which will crush and destem up to 3500kg of product an hour. The stainless-steel construction provides supreme durability and cleanliness, as well as low maintenance.

Alternate versions are available depending on your production requirements.
