K2B

The Kreuzmayr K2B belt press provides a double pressing solution for medium sized producers. It features 15 individual pressing rollers and has a production capacity of up to 15,000 kg per hour.

Pomace is spread evenly across the belt. The belt regulation and tension are controlled by a constant compressed air supply allowing for a more intense pressing. Pressure is exerted on to the pulp, forcing the juice into the collection trays, where it is transferred into tanks to prevent oxidation.

The K2B also features a variable speed regulating sieve belt, integrated Clean-in-Place system (CIP), and brush cleaning from upper and lower belt. Manufactured from laser cut stainless steel and food grade plastics, this belt press provides high durability and cleanliness, as well as low maintenance needs.
