KWEM

The Kreuzmayr KWEM has been designed to prepare fruit prior to pressing. This washer elevator incorporates the innovative “Whirlpool” wash technology that injects the water bath with air bubbles for a more intense clean. In addition, the water bath has a re-circulating water pump that drives the fruit onto the elevator, thus increasing production capacity.

The KWEM offers a high-capacity throughput of up to 3000kg per hour, thanks to its powerful 3kW fruit mill motor and variable speed elevator. Also available as the KWE without the integrated mill and automatic stop/start control.
