Pump-Over Fermenter
VIK Tank
The Letina VIK tank is designed for the vinification of red and white grape and for the fermentation and storage of wine.
The HELI rotating sprinkler evenly soaks the pomace lid in the tank, while a built-in sieve separates the solid substance from the liquid. The large, dimpled jacket makes sure the temperature inside the pump-over fermenter is always optimal. Thanks to the vertical construction of the cooling jacket, the stored liquids will be efficiently chilled even if the tank is not full to the brim.
As standard, tanks are supplied with cooling jackets, HELI sprinkler, temperature gauge, rectangular manway door, pressure valves, total drainage port and sample tap.
Sizes range from 2300 litres to 29,000 litres.
